Born in the little known country of Paraguay, in the heart of South America, to a Paraguayan mother and a Welsh father, I moved to the U.K as a young girl, and from that moment, my addiction to travel has never ceased. A passion for performing took me to New York to study, where Manhattan’s culinary magic, inspired a life of eating, cooking and a never ending yearning to discover new people, cultures and creativity. I now reside in the sunny land of Los Angeles, and am a contributing food and travel editor for various online publications and magazines. A gypsy spirit, a sophisticated style, a food fanatic, you can now call me the Gourmet Travelista.
